About Us

The Scandinavian Living Center was created to emulate the best in the Scandinavian model of older adult living. The philosophy was to promote the development of a small community with large common areas.

Our Center, with its forty apartments and a variety of open spaces, promotes an intimate family-like atmosphere unusual in larger facilities. More than fifty percent of our space is dedicated to common area use that enhances the collective well-being of our community of residents, families, board members, staff, neighbors and friends.
